Servicing Explained:

Oil Service:

The Oil Service from Digitec is an ideal addition between services, when preparing for a long journey or just for some peace of mind. 

It includes:

• Changing engine oil and filter.

• Checking essential items such as tyres, battery, wipers and lights.

• Topping up essential fluids like brake, windscreen washer or power steering fluids if required.

• Checking lights, windscreen wipers, battery, exhaust condition and tyre tread & pressure

The Oil Service is not a substitute for a service therefore does not give a ‘service history’ stamp.

Interium Service:

Interim Servicing is ideal for vehicles used for short, mainly urban journeys or for those who wish to service vehicles doing very high mileage more regularly. An Interim Service every 6,000 miles or 6 months helps keep your car safe and roadworthy between full services.

It includes that of the Oil Service plus the following additions:

• Full brake check

• Shock absorber check

• Suspension check

• Steering checks

Full Service:

A Full Service is ideal for an annual maintenance programme for your car and recommended every 12,000 miles or 12 months – whichever is sooner. Some manufacturers may recommend more frequent checks.

It includes that of the Intrium Service plus the following additions:

• Aircon and alternator belt checks

• Wheel alignment check

• Wheel bearing check

• Brake fluid condition

• Replace spark plugs

• replace air filter

Our labour rate for all other makes (excluding smart) for any additional work is calculated at £48 per hour (inc vat).
