Baby Seat BASISFIX Seat Bracket

BASISFIX seat bracket for Smart fortwos (pre 2007 model) and Roadsters. Disables passenger airbag and belt tensioner to enable rear facing baby seats to be used in the car.
The smart fortwo's diagnosis system deactivates the airbags and belt tensioner on the passenger side automatically for as long as the baby seat remains correctly mounted with the Basisfix fastener and seat brackets. The complete system, comprising seat brackets and Basisfix fastener (see separate listing), complies with all statutory safety requirements.

Will need to be activated by us here in Somerset or at a Smart main dealer.

Now universal and fits both LHD and RHD models.
