451 Basic Rack & Wiring kit

• The rear luggage rack (not attached to the trailer hitch) is made of anodised, corrosion-proof, easy-care aluminium. Fitted with integrated number plate and rear lights as required by law.
• Various attachments can be mounted on the rack, e.g. bicycle rack or ski rack. Permissible total weight 40kg
• Note: 1 bicycle can be fitted to the basic rack at the same time as 2 pairs of skis and/or 2 snowboards 
• Initial fitting please note that the rear bodypanel must be removed to allow 2 support consoles to be fitted to the bodyshell. Cable harness is routed into the vehicle. With the rack removed the socket can be fixed to the vehicle in such a way as to be invisible.
• Very convenient - possible to open rear window without removing load
• Very flexible - basic rack forms the basis for various attachments, and thus for transporting various types of sporting equipment (e.g. bicycle, snowboard). Max. weight: 40kg
• Very aerodynamic - the sporting equipment to be transported barely projects beyond the edges of the vehicle
• Very safe - both number plate and vehicle tail lamps are duplicated and are safely connected via the cable harness in accordance with legal requirements
• Very simple - can be quickly and simply fitted/removed by customer at any time
